2. JET-2019, book goot sold in 6 months Time and then the JET-2021 edition of 1000 copies was printed. We are left with 25 copies and every day 1/2 book is sold.Pl note there would not be any other hard copy edition after this as we are moving it to kindle edition.
Among the 6 courses offered at FTII, Acting is the most competitive exam. As per FTII facebook page, out of 5293 (for all the courses) applicants
1. )for JET-2018 , 1467 students appeared only for acting course.
2) For JET- 2019 total 1981appeared for acting course only.
FTII has 10 seats (5-GEN , 3-OBC, 1-SC,1-ST ).

30 MARKS OBJECTIVE QUESTIONS.
FTII -JET evaluates a student at two fronts; first, the level of information and second, the analytical power.
Another fifty percent of the marks are allotted to objective type questions, out of which
a) 08 % questions are related to GK and current affair
B) 22 % are MCQs related to cinema and art (painting, dance, music, theatre, photography etc).
To train the FTII aspirants of any course, Mr. Naresh Sharma (Director CRAFT) has written a book which covers the section ‘A’ as mentioned above. This book precisely caters to MCQ genre related to cinema and art section. Although not exhaustive but scholastically propitious for framing patterns, this book is aimed at MCQ section. Not only students are expected to be well versed with Indian and International cinema but also of works by FTII alumni. Along with few question a list of important FTII alumni is provided.
70 MARKS DOMAIN SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
70% percent of the marks are devoted to ‘domain specific questions'. The pattern of last year questions will help you understand the nature of questions.
Since it is descriptive in nature it is important that your thoughts should to be focused and fine tuned. You cannot beat around the bush.
FOR JET-2019,we had classroom coaching organized for 20 days from 27th Jan 2019 to 17th feb 2019.in the class we had
1.) 1-hr lecture about MCQ related to cinema, art, music, dance, painting, and sculpture discussed by our Director, Mr. Naresh Sharma, who has written a book on the same topic. Please note that the book: ‘How to Prepare for FTII-SRFTI-JET 2019’, will give you an idea about various possible questions that can be framed ,but there are many things which could not be covered in the book and discussed in these videos.
2. 90 min to 120 mins of Domain Specific Class: Our 2- NSD graduates mentor and discussed the various aspects related to acting for 20 days
