FTII Acting Aspirants,
FTII has announced that the entrance examination will be held on 12th July 2026. The important question is: Are you fully prepared for the entrance exam?
Change in the FTII Exam Pattern for 2026
The FTII exam now consists of two MCQ-based papers:
Paper 1 – 50 Marks
• 25 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Each question carries 2 marks. Negative marking: 0.5 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer
• Questions relate to general awareness of art, culture, dance, painting, and music
Rs 1,000/- 4000 plus mcq.
Paper 2 – 50 Marks
• Earlier this paper was descriptive, but this year it has been converted into MCQs
• 25 questions, each carrying 2 marks
• Questions relate to Acting Domain Specfic.
Examination Duration is 1:30 Mins.
Important: Students will be called for Orientation and Interview at the FTII campus in a 1:10 ratio.
This means around 160 students will receive a call to attend the Orientation and Interview at FTII.
Now ask yourself: what is more important—saving ? 5,000 or saving an entire year of your career?
